3. Canada - Alaska and Hawaii (USPS)
Orders for Canada, as well as Alaska and Hawaii are shipping via the USPS. Rates are based on the dollar value of the order as well the size and weight of the products being shipped. Please use the shipping calculator when checking out to get an exact shipping quote. 

IMPORTANT: Please verify your shipping address prior to finalizing your order.  Any additional costs incurred by AutoBarn.com due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer, including any shipping and handling costs incurred due to undeliverable orders, will be charged to the credit card account of the customer.

What Countries do you ship to?

International customers are welcome! Please note that we may require additional identity verification. If further validation is needed you will be contacted by our verification team – emails are sent from verificator.com. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address that you provided so that we are able to contact you if need be. Please note that if our verification team is unable to contact you, this could cause delays in the processing of your order.

In addition to Canada, we now ship to more than sixty countries. Please check the Country drop-down list on our checkout pages to determine if we ship to your country. If your country is not listed, please check back at a later date to see if we have added your country . A minimum purchase of $100 (before shipping) is required. Orders for these countries that are less than $100 US will be cancelled. Occasionally, Actual shipping charges exceed the quoted shipping charge. In these cases, the revised shipping quote will be emailed to the customer after the order is placed but before it is shipped.

When shipping your order outside the US and US territories, you may be subject to import taxes which are levied when your package reaches your country. Additional charges that may apply for customs clearance must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these tariffs, and therefore cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further inquiries. Moreover, when ordering from AutoBarn.com, you are considered the importer of record and consequently, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

How long will it take to get my products?

This varies based on your location (we are on the east coast), product availability and shipping method. If all the products on your order are in stock then it will usually ship within 1-2 business days. Saturday and Sunday do not count as transit days.  Ground delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 business days after we ship the item depending on your location. Some items may be "drop-shipped" directly from the manufacturer. Most drop-shipments are sent via Ground UPS or FedEX and generally arrive within 7-10 business days.

How long will it take to get 2nd Day Air orders?

If all the products on your order are in stock then it will usually ship within 1-2 business days. 2nd Day Air delivery will be received on the second business day after it is shipped. (Example: An item that is ordered on Wednesday and in stock, most likely WILL NOT be received by Friday.  If it is shipped Thursday, it should be received by Monday.)  Some items do not qualify for 2nd Day Air, if your order contains one of these items, you will be notified, refunded the additional fee and your order will be shipped with our standard ground shipping. 

What if I pay by check or money order?

Please allow an additional 1-2 days to process orders that are paid for by money order. Orders paid for by check will be held for approximately 7-1 business days before shipping.

What if one item will delay the entire order?

If you have a larger order and one item is going to cause a significant delay, we will usually ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges for the second shipment.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped on the day it ships out. If your order was shipped via UPS you will also be given a tracking number.

Am I charged before my order ships?

For non custom products, we do not charge your credit card until your order is ready and available to ship unless you pay with your PayPal account. PayPal payments are charged when you place your order. For custom made products, your credit card will be charged when production begins on your product.  If your order is being drop shipped from the manufacturer, it will be charged at the time the order is placed with the manufacturer.  In this case, shipping is usually within 1-2 business days but is solely dependent on the manufacturer.  If your items are backordered then you will not be charged until they are ready to ship.

Will you ship to a Forwarding Company?

Unfortunately, for security purposes, AutoBarn.com does not ship to Forwarding Companies.
